Losing yourself is much more terrible than to lose someone other. If you lose someone it’s terrible for sure but then you still at least have yourself. You still can live alone. To live with the aim of extinguish yourself is worser than to live alone because you can’t live with yourself. Your one existents is killing you. No broken heart, no lonely moments it’s just the raw, pure, burtal nothing.
